We aim to provide a comprehensive range of services. We would, however, be pleased to receive any suggestions on how we might improve our services.
How to Complain
The practice runs an in-house complaints procedure. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in the practice, please contact the practice manager or admin manager on 0131 260 9227. We will try our best to resolve matters as quickly as possible.
We hope that if you have a problem, you will make use of our practice complaints procedure. We believe this will give us the best chance of putting it right but if you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us or if you are dissatisfied with our investigation, in these circumstances, you can contact the Ombudsman (SPSO) 4 Melville St, Edinburgh EH3 7NS.
